Happy New Year!

What a great beginning to a New Year – in Oklahoma with most of the family. It couldn’t have started out better, well, it would have if Todd, Jeff and the rest of the family had been there.

Liz got to come to Louisiana for the holiday. It was great having her there - Steph had Todd's family and Liz was with Steve and I. When we took her home to Oklahoma, Steph and pR went with us - so we still got to visit with her and pR. Once we got to Okmulgee, I saw my step dad (forgot to get his picture) and brother:




After we dropped Liz off, we went to western Oklahoma and had a blast bringing in the New Year. Raelee had a plan – we were going to have a parade and party! Leave it to a 5 year old to start the party! We had so much fun tooting our horns and running around in circles:





On New Years, we had all the family over and ate a wonderful and HUGE meal. Our entertainment was pR Montana, and… well… just see for yourself:

We had a weight lifting contest though – Adam won:



And we spent lots of time in the hot tub. Raelee got all dressed in her bathing suit and coat (we have to go through the frigid temps to get to the hot tub) so here she is, all ready to go:

Yep, the holiday celebrations were fun - now on to the real life...
