In December, I went for a comprehensive physical. The day before we left I got the results - my physical's blood work came back whopped (not good) and I asked for referrals from friends over here in Singapore. Since I was referred to a hemo-oncologist (not because I have cancer - just need a good blood work up and they are blood specialist) at MD Anderson in Houston before I left the states, I decided it was best to go to an endocrinologist here. They are good at looking at all the blood work and making sense out of it. I e-mailed for an appointment yesterday and got one - for today!

Maybe we will go to China Town to check out the Chinese New Year Celebrations after that :-)
