Thanks to my cousin, Laraine, I know the name of my tree - "a CRAYON tree"! heehee - She said it is better known as a Eucalyptus deglupta. Pull it up on the internet - lots of great pictures there of it! I will go back to the park and take a picture with my good camera when I get back - and yes, Shari, I will get a framer if at all possible. It is as gorgeous as it looks.
I will update my blog tomorrow and the next day. Tonight, I am going to rest.

Pumpkin Land
Today we went to Pumpkin Land and checked out the punkin's. The kids had a blast!

Well, all except Aedan who decided to ride a tractor:

They learned to pump water:
The kids got measured:

We lost the kids in the punkin' patch:

But we were so glad we finally found them:

Steph fed the cousins snow balls:

And cousins fed the bees snowballs:
Papa relaxed and watched the fun:

Granny snuggled the grandkids, while Aedan chose not to participate in the picture op:

Do we see a pattern here?
But how could you not love a face like this?

Busy, busy day :-)
Today was an extremely busy - of course we knew it would be. Here are just a few of the things we got accomplished.
We got haircuts for the kids:

We went to Ravenwood and made final preparations for the wedding:

Ummmm, literally.

Granny corraled the three grandkids and got a picture:
As you can see they were perfectly thrilled about that and patiently sat for the happy shot.
It is getting closer! Cheyenne and Jeremy are both thrilled and excited. We have lots more to do, but we are working the 'rough stuff'' into the work stuff.
We practiced gymnastics:

Aedan had time to show us his drawing skills:
Check out his intensity :-)
...and his skill for drawing cars! He is only THREE!

Daddy regrouped at the computer, checking out his list of honey do's:

We played freeze tag:

Daddy helped the boys look at the Thomas the Tank Train parts:

The sisters got to beat each other:

Brother and sister even got to remember the old times:

Mom finally got a good picture of brother and sister:

The bride and groom to be even got a hug in:

It is wonderful being with everyone. I can't believe it is WEDNESDAY already!

Through the Eyes of a 3 Year Old and More...
Stephenie let Aedan have her camera to take pictures. It is fun to see what is important to a 5 year old. The angles are quite nice to look at too. I didn't think that they are constantly looking right up your nose. We never think about those visions, but it is true, the little ones have different views from what we do. Here area few pictures Aedan took.

Aunt Stephenie and granny took the camera and took a few point and shoot shots:

We are having a great time with the family. Modern marvels are wonderful, but the distance they leave are sometimes heart breaking. We miss seeing everyone and being near each other - but the times we have together are precious.
'Mom' cooked roast, mashed 'tators and gravy and corn yesterday - in her sleep - per Steph's request. Steph put together a yummy salad and 'brother' worked on Steph's iPod to get it reprogrammed to do something amazing... I have no idea what... lol... but she is lost without it, she left it with her brother.
Finally, there are just some shots that are too precious to leave out:

Good Night John Boy and Mary Jane...
